How to seal a bag

This is another no brainer, but I managed to both make it work, and bung it up!
It’s a little difficult to see in the picture because a clear Pepsi bottle was probably not the best choice for a visual…… That’s a my bad!
This is super simple, just don’t cut yourself! Take some scissors, or a knife, and cut the bottle to your desired size. It really doesn’t matter how much of the bottle length you leave, as long as you can thread the top of the bag through the bottle opening. Once the bag opening is threaded through the hole, you twist on the cap and voila! You have a re-sealable bag.
The only recommendation I would give from my personal experience is to make sure you use a wide mouth bottle. It is really difficult to pour chocolate morsels through the mouth of a Pepsi bottle. Think Gatorade or PowerAde……
This is a great way to repurpose (most of) a plastic bottle into something practical, so give it a try, most you have to lose is the time it takes to cut the bottle.
